‘Doc Fix’ Shell Game

Kagan’s Actions Toward Military Deserve Scrutiny

In 2004, as Dean of the Harvard Law School, Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan fought to ban military recruiters from Harvard’s campus and prevent them from using the university’s career center.
