I would ask everyone of interest in the next presidential election to look at the profile of the Governor of Puerto Rico. He has extremely strong credentials, is a Reaganite to the core and has made incredible sweeping reforms in PR. Yes, he is eligible to run.

true healthcare reform

In order to get healthcare cost, and healthcare it self under control. We have to remember when we only had "major medical"

(insurance that only paid for hospital related health needs). We all paid out of pocket for doctor office visits, lab work, any test done as outpatient, and prescriptions.
