Judy, I am running for US Congress in Connecticut's 2nd District. I was a Reagan appointee at the State Dept. year ago, founded a small company, and taught at the university level for years. I formally announced on Thursday and am running a 2-minute drill from now to Election Day. I live in a swing district, which has not "swung" in 3 cycles.
