Training Manuals

Republican female candidates are an emerging force in American politics, with strong showings in recent primary elections and dedicated political activism from coast to coast. The mission of the RNC’s Women’s Program is to help elect these women to public office by recruiting and training a strong base of Republican women and focusing on winning elections.

To achieve our goal of recruiting and electing Republican women to public office, the RNC Co-Chairman’s Office has produced a series of seven instructional manuals to assist potential female candidates in their campaigns. The first manual, A Woman’s Guide to Winning Elections, is an overview of the entire campaign process. The remaining six manuals, Communications, Fundraising, Political Strategy, Campaign Organization, Get Out the Vote, and Legal, cover each aspect of a campaign in more detail.

To request the full set of training manuals, please contact the RNC Co-Chairman's Office at (202) 863-8545 or via email at gopwomen@gop.com.
