Republican female candidates are an emerging force in American
politics, with strong showings in recent primary elections and
dedicated political activism from coast to coast. The mission of
the RNC’s Women’s Program is to help elect these women to public
office by recruiting and training a strong base of Republican women
and focusing on winning elections.
To achieve our goal of recruiting and electing Republican women to
public office, the RNC Co-Chairman’s Office has produced a series
of seven instructional manuals to assist potential female
candidates in their campaigns. The first manual, A Woman’s Guide
to Winning Elections, is an overview of the entire campaign
process. The remaining six manuals, Communications, Fundraising,
Political Strategy, Campaign Organization, Get Out the Vote,
and Legal, cover each aspect of a campaign in more
detail.
