Biography
Delia Lopez moved to Oregon 26 years ago with her husband of 28 years. Together, they have three grown children and three grandchildren. Delia was inspired to get involved in politics while watching the Republican debates in 2007 and 2008.

A strict follower of the Constitution, Delia believes that the Constitution is the law by which our country is to be governed. She believes it was written to restrain the power of government and to protect the rights of the people.
