Biography
Raised in Magnolia, Arkansas, Beth Anne Rankin has been performing
& speaking to audiences for more than 20 years. She is a 1989
Honor Graduate of Magnolia High School, attended Southern Arkansas
University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ouachita Baptist
University. As former Miss Arkansas 1994, Rankin believes deeply in
community and volunteer service. She has served on the boards
and/or committees of the Arkansas Martin Luther King, Jr.
Commission, Arkansas Teen Challenge, the Daisy Gatson Bates Holiday
Planning Committee, Magnolia Arts Council and the Columbia County
Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the National Rifle
Association, international women’s education organization P.E.O.,
and an active volunteer with Locks of Love & the Make-A-Wish
Foundation of Arkansas, where she has been touched by the inspiring
lives of young Arkansans.
A businesswoman, Rankin opened “Beth Anne Productions” in 2004
where she teaches both piano & voice in Magnolia. During her
years working with the governor at the Arkansas State Capitol, Beth
Anne served in multiple capacities including liaison and policy
advisor to the National Governors’ Association, the Southern
Governors’ Association, the Council of State Governments, Southern
Regional Education Board, Capitol Hill & the White House. Under
the direction of Governor Huckabee, Beth Anne also coordinated the
Governor’s Summit on Economic Development.
