I am new into the world of politics. I am eager to get involved, maybe get hired by the GOP, learn and work my way up to being able to be a candidate for office. Anyone know the best way for me to start?

I'm a Republican in Minnesota running against a 16-yr Democrat incumbent, tax-and-spend, self-raising liberal (Rafael Ortega) for Ramsey County Commissioner. I truly need your help -

We FINALLY have a REAL opportunity to unseat this career politician, who's raised his own pay $23,000 in 36 mos and now makes $86k per year for a part-time job overseeing a $585 million county budget and 4,000 government employees! I just won in the primary several weeks ago as the GOP-endorsed candidate.

I need your small help - need to do 2 mailings of 16,000+ each between now and November 2nd election at cost of $8,700 each - I have to raise this within the next 30 days... My opponent has raised $9,700 in the last 30 days just from endorsing large labor unions -

Today, please go to: www.NobleForRamseyCounty.com

If you can give $10, $20, or whatever you're comfortable with, it will help (truly) make sure we cover this broad urban area and beat this guy! Your help is truly appreciated as a candidate and a conservative. Always feel free to contact me at my personal information below.

Warmest Regards,

Andy Noble

Voting Blind Not Just In Washington : NJ Bergen County Freeholders Clueless!

Not funny - Check out this video of our freeholders at work:

Bergen County Freeholders are spending YOUR tax dollars without knowing where the money is going. If this is "Moving Bergen County Forward," we think it is time to go in a new direction. John Driscoll and Rob Hermansen will be the voice of the taxpayers. Let your voice be heard on November 3rd!

New Jersey Gubernatorial Debate

Tonight October 1, Chris Christie will go head to head with Jon Corzine in the first debate of the General Election. We want all of New Jersey watching as Jon Corzine tries to defend his record of failed leadership and broken promises to the citizens of our state.

NJN will broadcast live a gubernatorial debate tonight with Gov. Corzine, Republican challenger Christopher J. Christie, and independent Chris Daggett.

The debate is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. and last 90 minutes. The ninety-minute debate will be broadcast live from the NJN Studios in Trenton, and will be simulcast on NJN Public Radio, and web cast and archived at njn.net. Rebroadcast on Sunday, October 4 at noon and 6 pm.

Spread the Word About the Debate!

If you have yet to make it into a local office, the time is now. Please call 862-579-3181 or email sfila@christiefornj.com to get involved today.

Head into a local phone bank today and help let everyone know to turn on NJN at 8:00 tonight!
