Repeal ObamaCare

Cut Spending

All laws must be based on the Constitution....

So far they've made a good start.

I agree!

Cut out the unnecessary programs!  Let us make our own decisions and be accountable for our actions.  The goverment does not need to tell me how to spend my money, raise my children, what to eat, or live any aspect of my life.

Ditto what Elaine said!
They need to cut spending!  Oh course now that they have been read the constitution and have promised to uphold the constitution, ignorance is not bliss.
To remember who they work for.

In a perfect world they would uphold all of the promises made.  Being a realist I am aware that isn't possible.  Not because they won't make the effort but there will be roadblocks along the way.  It's my hope that in 2012 those roadblocks crumble like the Berlin Wall.

I would say that the first order of business would be to repeal Obamacare.  An act forced on the people of this country that was not only against the will of the people but in direct violation of the Constitution.

I feel that for the first time since 2008 that our country is once again getting back on track.

It really is difficult to decide which campaign promise is the most important.  They all are extremely important to the United States.

Repealing the health care debacle is probably what most people will say, but I believe that our national security is most important.  Without our borders protected we will be taken over by terrorists, illegal aliens, and drug smugglers.

As long as we are safe, our economy begins to grow again, they stop the out-of-control spending in DC and at home, and I have a job, things aren't all bad.

REPEAL OBAMACARE
In my opinion, we need to cut spending and put plans in place to reduce the deficit in real dollars as the primary issue in order to fulfill other campaign issues.
Most important is to repeal Obamacare.
Limit the scope of power the government has and be supportive to businesses so that we can become a more prosperous nation. If businesses can hire more people the tax base will increase and if the size of government is reduced we will be spending less and getting out of debt.
Cutting spending and appeal of Obama care is my #1 priority.  If we made the federal government a non-profit organization that had to produce in order to keep people employed we might find a different work ethic.  Right now many are performing just enough to collect a paycheck.  Working a few extra minutes for the benefit of the people would be a crisis to them (if they didn't get paid over time).  Many government employees at both the state and federal level need to give more.  Maybe unions need to get out and let dedicated workers work.
